Membership Information
Your MNSHAPE membership will be due annually on the day you join.
$50 - Professional members are certified/licensed in the health, physical education, recreation, dance, and/or adapted physical education fields.
$35 - Undergraduate student members are currently enrolled, full-time undergraduate students in the HPERD/DAPE fields.
$35 - Retired members are former professional MNSHAPE members who are now retired.
$50 - Associate members are individuals who are not engaged in the profession but have a special interest in any of the respective fields.
